On July 23, the "Chery Automobile & Zhongding Group Technical Co-Creation Exchange Day" was successfully held at Chery Fengming R&D and Innovation Center in Wuhu. Yin Tongyue, Chairman of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Zhang Guozhong, Executive Vice President of Chery Automobile, Gao Xinhua, Executive Vice President, Qi Shilong, Executive Vice President, and Xia Yingsong, Chairman and Global CEO of Zhongding Sealing, led core management teams and technical experts from both sides to attend the event. 
At the event, Zhongding showcased more than one hundred innovative products. Its automotive components business rolled out full-chain component system solutions catering to the industry transformation toward vehicle electrification, lightweighting and intelligent chassis. The booth featured a wide array of technological highlights, attracting Chery's R&D and procurement teams to visit and inspect each exhibit.
During the speech session, Chairman Yin Tongyue reviewed the decades-long cooperation between the two parties. He noted that as an international benchmark enterprise rooted in Anhui, Zhongding's partnership with Chery has long transcended the conventional OEM-supplier relationship and formed an industrial community with a shared future. Both sides will strengthen technical collaboration, realize technological upgrading and cost optimization through large-scale manufacturing, and jointly strive to make Anhui's and China's automotive industries globally competitive leaders.
Xia Yingsong, Chairman and Global CEO of Zhongding Sealing, expressed sincere gratitude to Chery for its long-term trust and support. He emphasized that the company's global layout and multi-business expansion have always advanced alongside Chery's global development. Xia Yingsong pledged that Zhongding will commit 100% of its R&D and manufacturing resources to support Chery's vehicle volume growth and overseas expansion strategy. Following the front-loaded synchronous development and system assembly package cooperation model proposed by Chairman Yin Tongyue, Zhongding will support the supply demands of Chery's domestic and overseas vehicle manufacturing bases, and jointly build a benchmark for China's automotive component industry with global competitiveness.
After the speeches, the two chairmen exchanged gifts. Subsequently, technical and procurement teams from both sides held special technical exchanges. The event achieved fruitful results with multiple joint research projects confirmed on site, establishing a full-link collaborative process covering preliminary vehicle model definition, synchronous development, test verification and mass supply.
Zhongding and Chery will continue to focus on five core technology tracks: new energy thermal management, lightweight intelligent chassis, comprehensive sealing and vibration damping, active air suspension and on-board electromagnetic supporting components. Centered on symbiotic OEM-supplier partnership and technical co-creation, both parties will jointly develop new-generation vehicle matching solutions featuring high safety, lightweight design and cost-effectiveness, and collectively enhance the global competitiveness of China's automotive industrial chain.
